PACK45 is a new group training plan exclusive to easyGym and is included in your membership at no extra cost. Push your body to its limit with a choice of seven bespoke workouts. Demand more from your training with PACK45.

Mastered through science, PACK45 is adaptable to all fitness levels. Whether you need to tone it down or crank it up – your workout will be personal. There’s no need to book either, just show up 10 minutes before the session is due to start.

WORKOUT 1 - ALPHA

1 ZONE. 12 EXERCISES. 3 ROUNDS.

A more traditional style of workout which will take you through the basics of gym training. This workout is definitely a great way to begin your PACK45 journey as it requires persistence and tests your strength and resilience. You will definitely need a lot of energy to complete this workout.

WORKOUT 2 - SENTINEL

1 ZONE. 14 EXERCISES. 2 ROUNDS.

Resistance based workout which combines strength and cardio moves. This is a traditional circuit in one zone which is fun and will leave you sweating. This workout will raise your energy levels and burn those unwanted calories.

WORKOUT 3 - ASSASSIN

7 ZONES. 2 EXERCISES. 2 ROUNDS.

Strength based style of workout which will leave you all pumped up. There are seven zones with two exercises which complement each other. Each superset is undertaken twice before you move onto the next zone. This workout will surely build the strength of your body and mind – it’s not for the faint hearted!

WORKOUT 4 - WARRIOR

2 ZONES. 5 EXERCISES. 4 ROUNDS.

This workout will raise your heart rate and leave you speechless! Highest intensity of all the workouts and is perfect for anaerobic or aerobic conditioning. There are 4 rounds in each zone with the ratio of work to rest increasing each time until you get to the final zone, by which time your metabolism is likely to reach unprecedented levels.

WORKOUT 5 - HUNTER

3 ZONES. 4 EXERCISES. 3 ROUNDS.

Strength based workout which keeps the intensity level high and decreases the rest. If you love variety in your workout then you must give Hunter a try! You’ll be sure to work different parts of your body within each zone. Make sure you’re ready to join the hunt!

WORKOUT 6 - SCOUT

1 ZONE. 10 EXERCISES. 3 ROUNDS.

Traditional circuit fused with a strength style of workout; this is a mixture of cardio and strength. This complete workout increases in intensity round by round and will be sure to leave you with nowhere to hide. Now you have the information are you ready for battle?

WORKOUT 7 - OMEGA

5 ZONES. 3 EXERCISES. 2 ROUNDS.

If you like strength based workouts with the ultimate variety then give Omega a try. This workout will definitely require true grit and spirit. If you are keen on building lean muscle, then this is the perfect workout.
