PACK45 IS A SET OF UNIQUE GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMMES EXCLUSIVE TO EASYGYM. WITH SEVEN WORKOUT LAYOUTS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSONAL TRAINERS LEADING THE WAY, PARTICIPANTS GET STRUCTURE, INSPIRATION, AND MOTIVATION IN A FUN AND ENERGETIC ENVIRONMENT!

PACK45 has been developed to be flexible, so whether you’re brand new or a seasoned gym-goer, PACK45 can provide the right amount of challenge for each individual. There’s no additional cost and no book, so just show up 10 minutes before the session is due to start.

WORKOUT 1 - ALPHA

1 ZONE. 3 SETS. 12 EXERCISES.

PACK45 Alpha is a fat-burning, tone-generating workout focussed on performance. Targeting one muscle group/movement at a time, you will maximise repetitions and challenge your muscles to failure. You will certainly feel the burn pushing through 3 sets in a row.

WORKOUT 2 - SENTINEL

1 ZONE. 14 EXERCISES. 2 ROUNDS.

Sentinel is a cardio-focussed workout which combines strength and cardio moves to challenge and tone the entire body. This two-round system is designed to keep the heart rate up throughout, burning calories and leaving you sweaty but smiling.

WORKOUT 3 - ASSASSIN

7 ZONES. 2 EXERCISES. 2 ROUNDS.

THIS HIGH-RESISTANCE WORKOUT IS GREAT FOR BUILDING LEAN MUSCLE AND STRENGTH. WITH SEVEN ZONES OF TWO COMPLEMENTARY EXERCISES, EACH SUPERSET IS SURE TO LEAVE YOU FEELING POWERFUL, CONFIDENT, AND STRONG.

WORKOUT 4 - WARRIOR

2 ZONES. 5 EXERCISES. 4 ROUNDS.

THIS WORKOUT IS PERFECT FOR AEROBIC CONDITIONING. WITH 4 ROUNDS IN EACH ZONE WITH DECREASING REST PERIODS BETWEEN EACH ROUND, WARRIOR WILL RAISE YOUR HEART RATE AND CONDITION YOUR HEART AND LUNGS. IT’S A FUN WAY TO DO CARDIO WITHOUT THE TREADMILL (NOT THAT WE HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST A TREADMILL).

WORKOUT 5 - HUNTER

3 ZONES. 4 EXERCISES. 3 ROUNDS.

TARGETING A DIFFERENT BODY PART WITHIN EACH ZONE, HUNTER MIXES STRENGTH-BASED EXERCISES THAT WORK SKELETAL MUSCLES WITH DECREASING REST PERIODS TO WORK YOUR HEART AND LUNGS. IF YOU LOVE VARIETY IN YOUR WORKOUT, THEN YOU MUST GIVE HUNTER A TRY!

WORKOUT 6 - SCOUT

1 ZONE. 10 EXERCISES. 3 ROUNDS.

SCOUT IS BASED ON A TRADITIONAL CIRCUIT, COMBINING CARDIO AND STRENGTH TO WORK THE ENTIRE BODY FOR THE FULL 45 MINUTES. THIS TOTAL BODY WORKOUT INCREASES IN INTENSITY ROUND BY ROUND, CHALLENGING YOUR STAMINA. TOGETHER YOU CAN MAKE IT TO THE END!
