What is a PACK workout?
PACK workout is a fitness concept that we created exclusively for easyGym. It’s based on group personal training where our qualified PT puts a group of people through different exercises whilst watching their form and progress. If something is too hard or easy the exercise will be modified and if someone is doing something wrong the PT will be there to correct them.
How is a PACK workout different from a class?
Classes are often set routines and usually quite large groups doing them. PACK is different because it’s small groups of people and no PACK session is ever the same. As the groups are small the personal trainer will be able to correct form, modify exercises and support you when you need it.
How hard are PACK workouts?
All PACK workouts are designed to push your body in order to get great results but the concept behind PACK means that if you’re finding it too hard the personal trainer will modify your exercise, likewise if it’s too easy. As you get fitter and stronger you can push yourself more by working faster, modifying exercises or adding weights to your set – the PT will help you with this.
