LAST MONTH’S CHALLENGE

A big thank you and well done to everyone who entered December Challenge45 for how long you can hang on the pull-up bar. I’m delighted to announce our male winner is Rich Howell with a time of 2:35 seconds and our female winner is Bethany Florea with a time of 1:35 seconds. Congratulations to the winners who are both members of easyGym West Brom!

THIS MONTH’S CHALLENGE IS THE FURTHEST DISTANCE TRAVELLED ON THE ASSAULT AIR BIKE.

The male and female who can go the furthest distance on the Assault Air Bike in 45 seconds will both win a £50 Gymshark voucher. Perfect prize to help get your New Year training in to gear!

If you’d like to enter the first thing you need to do is find a member of staff – this is important as they will be able to give you an official distance and collect your contact details.

THE RULES

  • Members must use both arms and legs on the Assault Air Bike.
  • The challenge will end after 45 seconds.
  • Ensure a member of staff is on hand to check the distance you travel and monitor time.

THE BENEFITS OF THE ASSAULT AIR BIKE CHALLENGE
