How do I update my payment details?
Once you have chosen direct debit or card payment method, you are unable switch to the other (unless you cancel and sign up a new membership)
How do I change my payment date?
You are unable to change your payment date (unless you cancel and sign up a new membership to start on the date you wish payments to be taken)
When will my payments come out?
The first payment is taken within 7 working days of sign-up, regardless of when the membership starts, the second payment is taken one month after the membership starts
How do I cancel?
If you pay by Direct Debit all you need to do is cancel the Direct Debit direct with your bank, and they will inform us. However, if you pay by card and wish to cancel then please email email@example.com with your full name, date of birth, 8 digit gym pin number and the gym you are a member of. Please note that for both Direct Debit & credit card, it can take up to 5 working days to cancel your next payment.
How do I retry my payment?
The first retry is automatic and will leave the membership active. Should this also fail, membership will be suspended, so please log in to the Member Zone to retry your payment by your usual payment method, as payments cannot be taken over the phone or at the gym.
