Personal Trainers
We are currently on the lookout for Personal Trainers who are good team players, have a friendly personality, exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in the health and fitness industry. Our gyms have latest equipment and innovative layouts which make easyGym an amazing working environment.
Our PT's are self-employed and receive 100% of all the income they generate. For the first three months each personal trainer works for 15 hours per week on the gym floor looking after our members, delivering inductions, writing programmes, maintaining a tidy gym floor. You will have no rental charge during this period and this will help built up your business, then on the fourth month your given hours are dropped and a rental charge of £300 per month paid in advance when you join easyGym will come into affect.
Essential Experience/Qualifications/Qualities:
- Minimum of REPS Level 3
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the fitness field
- First Aid Qualification

Gym Supervisor
The Gym Supervisor is a key part the easyGym Crew, responsible for the smooth day to day running of the club. The key responsibilities are to drive operational standards and service quality to enhance the member experience. The job is very varied and no day is ever the same as you would expect of a role in a high volume operation.
To join the easyGym Crew a passion for customer service and health and fitness is essential. You will need to be the type of Gym Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members. You will be obsessive about operational standards as you understand that little details matter. You do need to be fitness qualified minimium level two and must have at least 1 -years operational experience within the health and fitness industry.
There will be opportunities for development and progression due to our planned roll-out strategy.
Assistant Club Managers
The Assistant Club Manager is a key part the easyGym Crew, responsible for the smooth day to day running of the club. The key responsibilities are to drive service and operational standards, to enhance the member experience. You will also be responsible for the recruitment, training and managing of self-employed personal trainers and group exercise instructors. The job is very varied and no day is ever the same as you would expect of a role in a high volume operation.
To join the easyGym Crew a passion for customer service and health and fitness is essential. You will need to be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members. You will be obsessive about operational standards as you will understand the little details matter! You do need to be fitness qualified minimium level two and must have at least 1 years operational experience within the health and fitness industry.

Club Managers
We are looking for a Club Manager to lead one of our new Clubs. The Club Manager is a leader of the easyGym Crew and has overall responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the club. The key responsibilities are to drive membership sales, operational standards and service quality, to enhance the member experience. You will also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training and managing of self-employed personal trainers and group exercise instructors. The job is very varied and no day is ever the same as you would expect of a role in a high volume operation.
To join the easyGym Crew as a Club Manager a passion for health and fitness and customer service is essential. You will need to be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members. You will be obsessive about operational standards as you will understand the little details matter! Experience of sales lead generation, club operations and managing self-employed personal trainers would be beneficial. You do not need to be necessarily fitness qualified but you will have to have least 2-years operational club management experience at senior level within the health and fitness industry.
