Circuits

A fast-paced, fun class which uses a variety of kit to burn calories, boost  fitness levels, and give your whole body a fantastic workout.

Fatburn & Sculpt

A fantastic combination of aerobic & toning exercises to give you a full body workout!

Hour Of Power

The Hour of Power challenges every muscle in the body to increase cardio fitness and create muscle tone in upper and lower body.

 

Abs Blast

A high intensity workout, using a variety of exercises to work your abdominals and obliques to sculpt, tone and strengthen your core.

Body Conditioning

Body conditioning is a whole-body workout that’s uses a variety of kit and floor exercises to help you tone, strengthen and re-shape from top to toe.

Body Pump

Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Kickboxing

A popular fighting style that incorporates strikes with your hands and feet. Kickboxing helps improve your fitness with numerous punch and kick combinations. Burn calories and lose weight.

This innovative barefoot training class will strengthen your feet, improve posture whilst progressively correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips.
